After we have already started 2024 highly motivated, we are looking forward to continuing this year as successfully as we did last year. As part of this we would also like to look back on the highlights of the previous year.
Amid our strategic realignment, exciting projects and inspiring events, 2023 has been a year of growth, cohesion and impressive achievements.
It started with the announcement of our realignment. The change of course from the Sparda banks to Sopra Steria Group opened up new prospects for us. In April, we enthusiastically started work on our first SFT start-ups.
Summer brought not only sunshine but also an unforgettable summer party. In addition to delicious food, participants enjoyed exciting adventure games, treasure hunts and more fun activities.
As hosts of Finsurtech Fantasy 2023, we were able to share our collective SFT expertise in inspiring talks and learn from others at the same time. It was an enriching experience focused on the exchange of ideas and innovations to help drive the industry forward.
Athletic challenges were also on the agenda. Our runners successfully completed the B2Run and looked great doing so. After a refreshing and well-deserved summer break, everyone returned with renewed vigour.
In October, we proudly represented our company at the Sopra Banking Summit in Paris. In collaboration with our partner aixigo, we not only had a booth at the event, but also made a significant contribution to the content of the event with a joint keynote speech. Further trade fair and conference participations allowed us to share our expertise in panels and gain insights into the current market situation.
The year ended on a festive note with our Christmas party, where we spent an unforgettable evening together with colleagues from SBS Germany. A big thank you to everyone who helped us achieve and celebrate our successes and strengthen our team spirit.
