Review of the Frankfurt Digital Finance 2025

Under the motto “It's time to act, Europe!”, the sixth Frankfurt Digital Finance (FDF) took place on February 12 and 13, 2025 at the Gesellschaftshaus Palmengarten in Frankfurt am Main. The Frankfurt Digital Finance Conference brings together over 1,000 leading experts from business, academia, fintechs, banks and politics to shape the future of the financial sector.

Highlights of FDF 2025

On the first day of the event, the spotlight was on growth and future strategies for the financial industry in Europe as well as on innovation and transformation financing.
Our respected colleague, Dr. Rainer Knippschild, Head of GRC Insurance at Sopra Financial Technology, also took part in the panel discussion “It's all about DATA! Irreplaceable Basis for Compliance, ESG & AI” and contributed his expertise to this top-class dialog. The first day of Frankfurt Digital Finance was a complete success and ended with a great networking party, where exciting discussions and valuable contacts were made. 

The second day was dedicated to the European Fintech Day and gathered start-ups and scale-ups from leading fintech hubs in Europe with banks, co-innovation partners and VC investors. In addition to pitch sessions with fintechs from all over Europe, a marketplace for innovative solutions and exclusive masterclasses were offered, in which renowned experts provided in-depth insights into future-oriented technologies and business models.
