B2Run 2024 in Nuernberg

Yesterday evening the time had finally come for the long-awaited company run in Nuremberg!

In bright sunshine and a pleasant 25 degrees Celsius, our 35 runners and 15 fans from Sopra Financial Technology and Sopra Steria gathered together with thousands of other sports enthusiasts on the grounds of the Max Morlock Stadium in Nuremberg. It was a perfect opportunity to celebrate team spirit and sportsmanship.

From 5 p.m. onwards, all the participants gradually arrived at the stadium. After some nice chats, occasional stretching sessions and the obligatory group photo, our runners were ready to conquer the course.

The starting signal was given at 6:30 p.m.. Our team mastered the course with a lot of team spirit, running around the Dutzendteich, along the Steintribüne and to a champion’s welcome at the finish in the Max-Morlock-Stadium in Nuremberg.

After the run, a well-deserved reward awaited us all: with delicious food and cool drinks, we had a great time together at our team pavilion on the side of the soccer pitch. We chatted and laughed for a long time and even took a photo with the B2Run mascot.

At around 10 p.m., our organizing team finally made their way home. Exhausted, but happy, with a lot of new memories in their luggage. We are already looking forward to the next company run and to welcoming many more colleagues to the B2Run in 2025!
