As an experienced entrepreneur and Executive Management Consultant, he has successfully guided numerous companies through complex change processes. Thomas combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and knows how to shape agile organizations, drive innovation, and inspire teams.

In his role as Chief Growth Officer, Thomas will take on the responsibility for our revenue and growth objectives. He will drive strategic initiatives to open up new business areas, strengthen existing customer relationships, and sustainably expand our market position. We are confident that Thomas, with his strategic vision and hands-on mentality, will make a significant contribution to our success.

Dr. Andreas Luber: Expert in Products and Services

Dr. Andreas Luber has over 25 years of experience in the finance and IT industry and has established himself as an expert in the management of complex transformation projects and the further development of products and services. In his previous role as Global Head of Transformation Office at Sopra Banking Software, he successfully drove global business transformation. Andreas is known for his ability to implement strategic initiatives aimed at innovative solutions and sustainable improvements.

As Chief Product and Service Officer, Andreas will be responsible for the further development and proper operation of our product portfolio for banks, insurance companies and leasing companies. With his clear focus on customer centricity and the use of the latest technologies, he will ensure that we always offer the best solutions for our customers. Andreas' impressive experience and passion will enrich our team and further drive the digital transformation in the financial industry.
