A year full of successes and milestones: 2023 in review

We kicked off 2024 with high motivation and anticipation for another successful year. Let’s take a moment to reflect on the highlights of the past year.

Amidst our strategic realignment, exciting projects, and inspiring events, 2023 was a year of growth, cohesion, and remarkable achievements.

The journey began with the announcement of our realignment. Transitioning from the Sparda Banks to the Sopra Steria Group opened up new horizons for us. In April, we eagerly embarked on our first start-ups.

Summer brought not only sunshine but also an unforgettable summer party. Employees enjoyed thrilling adventure games, treasure hunts, and other entertaining activities, with plenty of refreshments to keep the energy high.

As hosts of Finsurtech Fantasy 2023, we shared our concentrated SFT expertise through inspiring lectures and learned from others. This enriching experience focused on exchanging ideas and innovations, propelling the industry forward.

Sporting challenges were also on the agenda. Our runners excelled at the B2Run, delivering outstanding performances. After a well-deserved summer break, everyone returned recharged and ready.

In October, we proudly represented our company at the Sopra Banking Summit in Paris. Collaborating with our partner aixigo, we not only had a booth but also significantly contributed to the event with a joint keynote. Further trade fair and conference participations allowed us to share our expertise on panels and gain insights into the current market landscape.

The year concluded with a festive Christmas party, where we spent an unforgettable evening with colleagues from SBS Germany. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to our successes and strengthened our team spirit.
