Diversity in leadership

On 18.03.2024, Carsten Fritz, Daniel Weiß and Roman Fuchs took part in the OpenSpace format as part of Susanne Bohn's #crossmentoring, which emphasized the importance of diversity in leadership. The workshop took place at #Codecentric's premises in Nuremberg and was organized for the mentees and mentors participating in the program.

In an intense discussion, confirmation bias was discussed – the tendency to draw conclusions based on personal desires, beliefs or prejudices. This workshop provided a valuable opportunity to engage with one's own thought patterns and reflect on how they affect decision-making.

In the second part of the workshop, the participants exchanged views on the relevance of #Diversity. It was emphasized that a diversity of perspectives and experiences can lead to a broader skillset and ultimately better performance.
