CIBI Innovation Day 2024 – A glimpse into the future of banking

Since 2000, the annual #CIBI Innovation Day has been an inspiring platform for decision-makers and implementers in the financial services industry. This important event, organized by ibi research, offers a focused insight into relevant innovations, insightful experiences of the first movers and upcoming priorities.

On March 6, 2024, we, Sopra Financial Technology GmbH, were proud sponsors and visitors of the CIBI Innovation Day in Munich. Under the motto "Banking 2030 – Strategy, Innovation and Artificial Intelligence", the event brought together professionals and executives from across the financial sector to provide in-depth insights into the latest trends, challenges and opportunities in the financial industry.

The agenda of this day offered inspiring lectures and discussion rounds, led by experts from banks, insurance companies, fintechs and consulting firms. Special highlights included the presentation by Dr. Carsten Esbach (BNP Paribas Germany) on resilience in turbulent times and the expert panel on the integration of artificial intelligence in the financial sector, which offered insights into the challenges and success strategies of using #KI.

The networking breaks provided ample opportunity to exchange ideas with like-minded people and to make valuable contacts. We took the opportunity to present ourselves as proud exhibitors together with Sopra Banking Software.

The CIBI Innovation Day 2024 was once again a great opportunity to learn about the latest developments, learn from the experiences of industry leaders and exchange ideas on the future direction of banking.
